Welcome Fall!

Today is the first day of fall.  Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year.  It's the season of crisp, cool nights, hoodies and jeans, football, beautifully sunny days wih the bluest skies of the year.  It's the time of year for hot apple cider with a close friend.

And of course the changing leaves, the stars of the season.  I went out today to see if I could find some of those changing leaves and came across this tree.

I spotted this tree a few days ago on my way to work.  It's one of the few trees that has changed around us this early.  Not sure what kind of tree it is but it is quite beautiful.  Unfortunately for me this tree was on somebodies property that has a dog that was none to happy to have me there.  I had to capture it quickly.

I love being outside in the fall and try to be outside as much as possible.  Today to celebrate the beginning of fall, I went to the park to see if there were any leaves I could use and found only a few..

This is one of the many activities that I like to do.  Here is my list of ten other favorites.  I hope you get a chance to try at least one and hopefully several others.
